Hello. We just bought a used trailer from ivcc. We are from Virginia, and we looked at several models at local dealerships, and private owners. We were first time buyers, and we just wanted something to get started. We spoke to several people, and once we went to look at what they were selling it was nothing like they said. We were getting very discouraged, and frustrated. One night looking we ran across your facility. We saw a model we were very interested in, and the next day we called on it even though reluctant with the distance. I spoke to a lady by the name of Diane. I was impressed from hello. She was straight forward, and very honest. She understood I was reluctant, and went out of her way to be patient, and help me to feel more comfortable. I even stressed to her we were coming far, and she assured me that it was all she said it was. She then even helped us with hotels as far as letting us know what was in the area. It was even made sure that all we needed a hitch, receiver, and electric brake was all ready for us upon our arrival. We were guided to the store, and a gentlemen walked us through the store unknowing by being first timers he showed us what was necessary to get started. The unit was everything she said, and more. It is beautiful. The gentlemen that did our hitch work was informative, patient, and did a great job. He even took our ipod, and helped us to find a better route home. The whole staff made my children feel welcome, and was good to them. We traveled from Friday night at five p.m till Saturday morning till two thirty a.m. It was well worth it. We are now proud owners of a 2001 Futura Coachmen. What a great facility, and I have never seen such caring, and honest people in a place of business. Our next purchase will be from ivcc. Comments: Just wanted to write and say a few thing about our exsperiance at IVCC. My wife and i got a New Somerset pop-up from you all and just wanted to say thanks you for a great time. All the help we could have ask for and great people. Between Dan & and Andy, Sharron in the office, and all the guys in the part and serive to the gentalmen who showed me how to use the brake asst. in the car... I couldnt have ask for a better time for a first time buyer. I will deffinitly be back to shop at you store... Thanks again!

We just ordered a new travel trailer from Indian Valley. This is the 3rd rv we have purchased and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Dan Keller and the sales team at Indian Valley are second to none! No pressure. No hype. Just good quality service from a knowledgeable & experienced sales staff. Since 2003 they have always answered our questions and address our concerns. The service staff has always accommodated us, no matter what our request. My Family wanted to let you know that Indian Valley Camping Center is the best place in the area for camper sales and service. We have never been more pleased with our customer service we have received from all of your staff, from sales to service. No problem is too big or small for anyone at your center. We have bought two campers from your center and have been very pleased with both, we hope to buy one more in the near future. We have found the store to be well stocked when looking for camper supplies and Craig, Herb and Wayne have always have been very helpful. Once again, just wanted to say how happy our family is with Indian Valley Camping Center and would recommend it to everyone.
